What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, or a form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the program you are interested in and anything you write in your message.

When you train with us we may also keep the details needed to run your membership, such as your contact information, emergency contact and the classes or sessions you book.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, book your trial class or personal training session, run your membership, and send you information about our classes and programs that you have asked for.

If you gave us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry or booking. You can ask us to stop at any time, and every marketing text includes a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Kingdom Athletics, such as the companies that host our website, deliver our email and store our customer records, and only so they can provide that service to us.

Information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram form is also handled by Meta under its own privacy policy. Some of our service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it, subject to legal and contractual limits. To do any of this, contact us using the details below.

We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
