At Kingdom Athletics, our classes are designed for all ages and skill levels — from kids beginning their journey to teens and adults pushing toward mastery. Kingdom Athletics offers martial arts classes for every stage of the journey — from kids taking their first steps on the mat, to youth advancing through belt programs, and dedicated students training in Leadership, Masters Club, and Black Belt levels. Each class builds discipline, confidence, and focus while developing real skills in a positive, structured environment. Our Tigers program introduces young kids to the world of boxing in a fun, safe, and engaging way. Through playful drills, simple techniques, and positive coaching, kids build confidence, focus, balance, and coordination all while staying active and having a blast.
The K4K Basic program helps kids build a strong foundation in boxing while keeping the classes fun, structured, and motivating. Students learn stance, footwork, defense, and beginner combinations through age-appropriate drills and pad work. Beyond skills, we focus on confidence, discipline, and respect lessons that carry over into everyday life.
Our Camo Purple BBT program is designed for youth ready to take their boxing skills to the next level. At this stage, students refine technique, build sharper combinations, and strengthen their conditioning through structured pad work, bag drills, and partner exercises. The focus goes beyond movement. We develop resilience, discipline, and confidence that prepares athletes for higher levels of training inside and outside the gym.
The Junior Leadership program is where young athletes step up to become role models. Students continue advancing their boxing skills while learning leadership qualities such as teamwork, responsibility, and mentoring. This class challenges them physically and mentally, preparing them to not only grow as athletes but also to inspire and support younger members of the Kingdom Athletics community.
The Blue Red BBT program is built for athletes who have already developed a strong foundation and are ready for more advanced training. Classes emphasize precision, defensive strategy, and fluid combinations, while pushing conditioning and mental toughness to new levels. Students at this stage gain the confidence and discipline to perform under pressure, setting them apart as leaders in both the gym and everyday life.
Designed for ages 13 and up, this program blends conditioning, technique, and skill-building to help every athlete grow stronger and more confident. Teens gain focus and resilience, while adults enjoy an empowering workout that sharpens both body and mind. Whether you’re here to learn the sport, stay fit, or challenge yourself, this class delivers the perfect balance of discipline and intensity.
The Black Belt program is the pinnacle of our martial arts journey. Students who reach this stage have committed years of training, focus, and perseverance. Classes challenge them with advanced techniques, strategy, and conditioning, while also building leadership and teaching skills. Earning a Black Belt is more than mastering martial arts.
